Spring fed fresh lake with public access ramp should you bring a boat.
Lake Muskoka launch is also close by in Torrance.
5-10 minutes from Bala, Torrance Barrens night sky preserve, Hardy Lake Provincial walk trails and the south shore of Lake Muskoka.
12 mins to Gravenhurst.
20 mins to Port Carling shopping and more.

With 7 seasons of ownership and rental to friends who return each year loving the large rooms, clean spaces, amenities and amazing clear water access to activities such as small lake boating, fishing, swimming, kayak, paddle boarding.
In 2021 we are extending access to others who need a 'home away' in 4, 5 or 7 day blocks.
Covid 19:
- cleaning with extra precautions including 1.5 days between rentals, spray, wash and linen precautions for all.
- bring own pillows and sheets during Covid please.
- couch pillows and toss blankets will be washable between each visiting family so you can lounge in comfort free
of worry.

- Water activities stored with easy access to the 2nd dock in our private little inlet includes the following:

- double kayak
- stand up paddle board (fibre)
- 2 stand up paddle boards ( inflatable and steady)
- variety of inflatable blow up, lily pad loungers.

Rental guidelines:
- Host will greet you upon check in.
4pm check in - 11am departure
- keyless door entry ( code provided)
- Rental and liability agreement emailed for signature at time of booking request.
- cottage guide and guest book in building
- fire extinguishers on site
- no smoking indoors
- this is a family rental not for events/parties
- no cleaning/admin fee charged. ( ask for cottage rental courtesy of wipe down, sweep and place linens in
washer) excessive cleaning required or damage will be deducted from deposit.
- $500 security/damage deposit returnable within 2 days of departure ( $200 for returning families)
- 50% rental fee at time of booking ( etranfer)
- Full amount by check in
- cancel up to 60 days prior for full rental fee refund and we shall try to re-rent should you need to cancel closer
yet may result in loss of deposit
