Lakefront cottage on your own private beach, perfect lake views and sunsets makes Sandy Beach Cottage a favourite for families of all ages. 3bdrm, 1 bathroom cottage is ideal for up to two families. Cottage completely renovated in 2021 with new windows, flooring, heating and air conditioning and professionally decorated for a relaxing getaway. Large open concept living space with gorgeous views of the lake and a walk out to the upper deck with a BBQ, table and seating area to enjoy the view! Kitchen is fully loaded with all the amenities you will need! Huge family room with sofa bed and lots of seating, TV, games/ books and more stunning views is the perfect rainy day hangout or game night spot!
Cottage offers 3bdrms: 2 Queen bed, 1 double bunk room as well as 1 bathroom with glass marble shower, as well as laundry.
A set of stairs takes you down to the long sandy yard and a newly built fire pit with seating for on the beach views. This is the perfect spot for kids to play while the family chills on deck or beach. The bottom is sandy or rock (based on the water flow of the day) so pack some sand beach toys for the little kids and your bathing suit!
We have a 2 kayaks to use at your enjoyment and outdoor games.
Sandy Beach Cottage is located on Lake Huron halfway between Grand Bend and Bayfield with easy access to any amenities such as grocery shopping, restaurants, golf courses and much more.

| Truly an amazing September weekend spent at this stunning cottage. The cottage was clean, well stocked with essentials, beautiful & the views are amazing. Loved morning coffee at the lake and sunsets through the huge window overlooking the water. Will definitely be back.

| This was an amazing rental. There wasn't anything missing from this beautiful cottage. Large living space, spacious bathroom and the kitchen was very well equipped. A super large fridge ( plus the additional beverage fridge) and loads of cupboard storage save on trips to town. Having the dishwasher was a time saver giving us more time to relax. Great views of the water and spectacular sunsets from the floor to ceiling windows in the sunroom. Perfect cottage inside and out. Great place to relax and enjoy summer.

| Our stay at Sandy Beach Cottage was fantastic. The pictures are a true representation of the layout. The beds were comfortable and linens clean and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked with just about every gadget imaginable. The front sun room is perfect for rainy days or evening sunsets.
The beach front access was spectacular. On rainy days you hear the waves as if you are at the ocean. Sunny days the lake is clear as ice, where you can see to the bottom. The Muskoka chairs were the most comfortable I've ever sat in.
The location is also a nature lovers delight. Daily visits from bluejays, cardinals, chipmunks and evening fireflies. We were lucky enough to see a white squirrel in a tree above the deck and a red fox paid a visit one evening at dusk!
Grand Bend and Bayfield are a quick trip for a evening out (tip street parking is free after 6 pm).,
Owners are great with communication, replying promptly.
Book Sandy Beach, you won't be disappointed! We hope to return next summer.

| The cottage is beautiful just as seen in the pictures. The view is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The sheets and towels were very clean, spotless. Highly recommended. We had a great stay!

| Everything was spectacular! From the moment you arrive at Sandy Beach cottage, rain or shine, the experience is like nothing else! Opening the door to the cottage, you will find an open space layout that immediately provides a sense of relaxation. All of the Reno's are done to perfection. The view from the floor to ceiling window is breath taking. The beach area is so inviting and the perfect spot to start your day, enjoy your day, happy hour or watch the incredible sunsets of Lake Huron. The cottage is quiet for sleeping and offers the sounds of waves coming to the shore all night long. Definitely recommend this hidden gem!
