Authentic Canadian Cottage feel with stunning waterfront views. This 4-season cottage is a short 2h drive from Toronto Merely 45 minutes from Peterborough, and 20 min from Lakefield. Mallard Rock is situated in a fully wooded 1.5-acre lot located on the eastern end of the Kawartha lakes region, with over 650 feet of gorgeous waterfront on Stoney Lake. The cottage is Air-conditioned & heated in the winter. Mallard Rock is great for groups who want to have their own space but still be together under one roof. 2 cottages 5 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, 1 BBQs, 2 refrigerators, the guesthouse has 2 large bedrooms upstairs with 4 beds and a pullout & Games room perfect for the whole family to enjoy day or night, rain or shine. The family room has a gorgeous stone fireplace that offers beautiful views and comfortable lounging space. Catch some fresh air on the deck or down by the dock, there is lots of room for outdoor fun. Private setting ideal for children to play.
Wi-Fi Internet, Android TV, Sound system, PS4, movies, board games, books, 14 ft Aluminum, paddle boards, kids kayaks, and much more.
WINTER: conditions may offer skating on the bay. The main gravel road will be plowed after each large snowfall. It is not recommended for vehicles without winter tires. Please ensure your vehicle's ability to make it based on the weather conditions. keep in mind many people live on the cottage road and everyone gets around just fine with winter tires.

Close to Marina, General store, LCBO, Restaurants Golf courses, horseback riding, snowmobile trails, cross country, and much more. Catering is available for special events.

WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR TIME AT THE COTTAGE. ALTHOUGH IT IS A LARGE PRIVATE AREA, SOUND DOES TRAVEL. JUST BE MINDFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS.
** Only the amount of guests registered at the time of the booking are allowed to be on the property (children included). Unregistered guests create more work for cleaning, septic tank (backup), water consumption, wear, and tear, etc. If you plan on having more guests after you have made a reservation simply adjust your booking or call us directly, and we can make accommodations. If you are found to have more guests at the cabin than confirmed on the reservation, your booking will be cancelled and we will ask you to vacate the premises immediately.**
** If there is excessive noise at night, and there is a complaint or the police are notified, you will be removed from the premises**
