Chase Bay is a cozy and affordable Haliburton cottage rental that has everything you need to have that amazing, and traditional cottage country experience! With lots of watercraft (2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 paddle boat), a deck with a BBQ and softub hot tub, a gas firepit on the deck and a traditional firepit down by the water, and a great living room that is perfect for board games or movies, you are sure to make lasting memories at Chase Bay.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms - 1 king, 2 doubles and a set of bunk-beds (2 singles) as well as a bathroom with a tub (shower attachment in bathtub). The cottage comes with a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious living room. The cottage includes unlimited Wi-Fi and has a Smart TV. The living room includes a dining table that can fit up to 6 people.
On the exterior, the cottage includes a walk-out deck from the living room which has perfect views of the water and includes a BBQ. The deck also features a gas fireplace. Down near the water, you will be able to sit around a second firepit (wood-burning) while enjoying the summer nights. The cottage includes 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 peddle boat, adult lifejackets (children's not provided) and fishing equipment.
Only a 5-minute drive from Minden, you will have easy access to local cuisine, groceries, ice cream stores and everything else you may need.

A post-rental cleaning service is provided; however, the cottage is to be left in a tidy condition and towels are to be put in washer
Guests must provide their own children's lifejackets/PFDs to ensure a proper fit
Waterfront
The waterfront is not weedy, making it great for swimming. Guests can enter and exit the water to the side of the dock where it is shallow if they are less comfortable swimmers or looking to launch watercraft. There are two sets of steps in the water to come to shore so please note it may not be ideal for those that are mobility impaired. The water is deep enough off the dock to jump however diving is not recommended. The dock does not have a ladder so you will have to exit to the side of the dock. You can fish off the dock.
