Beachfront well maintained 3 season cottage is situated backing onto the 5th Tee of the Kincardine Golf and Country Club with privacy hedging. Private road access. Enjoy the lake view and breathtaking sunsets from the spacious living room or on the furnished covered lakeside patio.
3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathroom. Updated kitchen (pictures coming) Plenty of room for outdoor activities. Fire pit.
Please no parties, loud noise after 10pm, no fires on windy days/nights.
