Peaceful lakefront cottage, located less than an hour from Ottawa and two hours from Montreal, on crystal clear waters of Lac Vert (no motor boat access). Very peaceful and serene! Fully equipped all year round cottage, perfect for creating amazing memories, enjoy the moment and have a quiet getaway! Minutes away from Wildlife Reserve and albatross hiking trails, perfect for year round outdoor activities! Steps away from local dining, artisan bakery, chocolate maker, gas station, convenience store, supermarket, and more. ATV and snowmobile trails accessible from cottage. Lac Vert is known for smallmouth bass and trout fishing - don't forget your fishing gear whatever the season! Open concept dining/ living room with lovely view of the lake. Perfect for non-motor water activites like pedal boating, paddle board, kayak and canoe, which are all included. Enjoy evenings around the outdoor fire pit or perhaps stay indoors in the screened in porch, playing your favorite board games and sipping a glass of wine!

This beautiful cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably. 2+1 bedrooms (2x Queen, bunked with double and single bed) and 1.5 bathrooms.
Propane BBQ, wood for campfires, 2 paddle boards, 1 canoe, 2 kayaks, 1 peddle boat all included, not to mention all the board games and outdoor yard games. 2x Adult snowshoes available.

For those who want motor water activities, La Lievre River access is near by.

| Spent a wonderful week at this cottage with family. We had a little mixup with the check in but Marissa had it cleared up very quickly. The cottage is wonderful, very cute. Everything you could need is supplied. They even had a cupboard full of spices for us to use. Extremely clean and a ton of attention to details. Beautiful quiet lake. We bought a fishing license for the week and had a lot of fun just fishing of the dock. Lots of games available outside and inside - for those rainy days. Spent a day in Ottawa which was only an hour drive away. Lovely people to deal with. Fully recommend renting this cottage.

| We really enjoyed our stay at Chalet Ourson. The cottage is updated but still has that rustic cottage coziness feel. Everything is provided from coffee/sugar, paper plates, toilet paper and lots of outdoor games for the family to enjoy. The cottage was very clean and well kept when arriving which is important during these times. Of note, I had to request my 500$ security deposit back 2 weeks after our stay which was returned as soon as Marissa received my email. Thanks for opening your cottage to us, we hope to be back!
