Enjoy lunch in the screened sunroom before heading back out for fun and adventure. Jump off the dock, go kayaking with those provided onsite, have a bonfire. For boat owners: Twelve Mile Bay opens into Georgian Bay. Two separate loading docks on Twelve Mile means you can explore the beauty of Georgian Bay from Parry Sound to Honey Harbour. | Had a lovely experience overall! Lindsey and Jessica were quick with their communication, the place was clean, and little beach provided an awesome spot for my girls to play. We are hoping to be back next year.

| This place was awesome! Lindsay was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The cottage is located on a beautiful, secluded spot on the river with great fishing (we brought in 3 pike in just a couple hours). Additionally, the inside of the cottage was clean and practical with a great kitchen, bathroom, and set of bedrooms.
Lindsay was very honest - she was quick to return our cleaning deposit the next day (after she ensured the cottage was clean after our stay), and didn't ding us for a broken chair she admitted was a bit old. It was refreshing to deal with her.
I would recommend this place to anyone. With the water just steps away, it has everything you'd want for a week in Muskoka. Thank you Lindsay for providing us with a great spot to stay for the weekend - we'll surely be returning soon.

| FANTASTIC LOCATION!!! Can't beat this quiet waterfront gem with very easy and close access to Georgian Bay mouth and abundance of islands....yet tucked nicely into Twelve Mile Bay enough for calm waters and safe beach. Had great family fun including campfires, long walks on the quiet road in, caught some nice northern pike + bass too. We plan to visit again for sure!! Thanks Lindsay and Jennifer.
