This property on Whitefish Lake is in a chain of three Lakes, Big Whitefish, Little Whitefish and Clear Lake, perfect for a nice cruise and some great fishing.
The cottage is tastefully decorated with new and rustic flair preserving its original feeling of comfort and antiquity.
The property sleeps up to 13 people. The layout of the property makes for easy access to the main cottage, cabin and bunkie with splendid views of the waterfront.
The main cottage has two bedrooms and will sleep five people. This one floor living has a large open concept living area with plenty of comfortable seating and many windows to enjoy the lake views. There is also a lovely fireplace for those cooler summer nights while watching a movie on the television with DVD player. A large assortment of movies, games and puzzles can be found for all to enjoy. The two-piece bathroom is located next to the bedrooms.
The kitchen is located off the open concept dining and living room area.
The well maintained open concept cabin next to the main cottage sleeps five people complete with a three piece bath, television and DVD player.
The 250 square foot one room Bunkie next to the cabin is the perfect spot for the kids and will sleep 3 people.
Along the front of the cottage the large deck with barbeque, patio table and many chairs to lounge on and enjoy the beautiful lake view and spectacular sunsets. Beyond the deck facing the waterfront is the fire pit with Muskoka chairs for all to enjoy. The pathway is just short jaunt to the waterfront. The waterfront has 200 feet of shoreline with a soft sandy lake bottom. Enjoy a game of water volleyball located off a pathway just past the sauna change room There is a small shoal to swim to in front of the cottage to explore and fish. The U-shaped dock with ladder makes it easy to enter and exit the water. A canoe and paddle boat is also included. Enjoy a refreshing cold beverage at the patio table with umbrella and chairs on the dock deck. The badminton court next to the cabin will be a sure sport for all to have fun.
The Seguin marina is close by for boat rentals and jet skis and only a ten-minute drive away. The general store with LCBO, beer, worms and groceries is ten minutes away. Attractions nearby include the quaint town of Rosseau, with a general store, butcher shop and a few other shops. Just past the general store, the Farmers Market can be found on Fridays during July and August. The Crossroads restaurant and Cottage Law Canteen are great places to eat. The Aspen Wildlife Sanctuary is by appointment only and is located near Rosseau. Closer to the cottage is a Whatta Pizza place, and Memories of Muskoka is also a delicious option.
Parry Sound is a short twenty-five minute drive, and offers a Sobeys, Walmart, hospital, LCBO, Beer Store, Starbucks and Tim Hortons, No Frills and a laundromat. The original fire tower and museum is in town for a great view of the area. The Island Queen Cruise Boat is located at the town dock. Many top rated golf courses are close by for the avid golfer.

**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.
