Phase 2 at Bonnie Lake Resort in Muskoka will offer waterfront and waterview sites. The phase opens on Nov. 1 for site selection.
The resort is located in cottage country on a private, 200-acre, spring-fed lake with a large beach. Cottages include full-size appliances and come fully furnished. There are seven different cottage models to choose from, ranging in price from $60,000 to $190,900 with full ownership. These aren't fractional cottages.
