Enjoy the Sunrise at our Cottage on Beautiful Kennisis Lake in the Haliburton Highlands, built in 2019. Partially nestled in a small bay with only one other cottage. Perfect for multi-generational family vacations or for two families to share! 3,400 sq ft on two levels of fully finished living space. Available for bookings all year round! Open concept Kitchen, Dining and Great Room with propane fireplace are perfect for family gatherings after a day on the lake. Large deck off the Sunroom allows you to overlook the dock and gives amazing lake views. Huge deck right by the water to hang out on while the kids are swimming. Clean deep water off the dock, perfect for fishing, swimming, stand up paddle board and kayak paddles! Kennisis Lake is the second largest lake in the Haliburton Highlands and has it's own marina for all your boating needs. | For the 4th year in a row, our family greatly enjoyed our stay at Kennisis Lake Fever. The cottage provides the best of everything......lots of space for the grandchildren to spread out during the times that they are indoors, a great view of the lake from the roomy deck, and deep dockside water for the kids to practice their diving. The younger members of our crew have used their multiple stays at the cottage to develop strong swimming skills. They are all now capable of swimming over to the huge floating lily pad from the dock. Most of our family meals were cooked on the large BBQ out on the deck, with side dishes prepared in the modern, very well equipped kitchen. Thanks to Heidi & Alex for giving us the opportunity to enjoy our 2023 stay.....we hope to have that same opportunity again next summer!

| My family and I had the best time during our stay here! Safe to say, this cottage is easily one of our favourites now to stay at. It had everything we needed, the cupboards were fully stocked with all things you need in a kitchen, beds were super comfy, lots of cleaning supplies to use, spacious, very clean, comfortable, lots of activities to do, and beautiful lake and dock; it was absolutely amazing and relaxing. Heidi was very communicative and easily accommodated our needs. I can't say much more than this was the perfect cottage to go to and get away from the city. My family and I plan to definitely come back again as regulars. Look no further and do not hesitate to rent this cottage!

| Our family greatly enjoyed this (our 3rd) visit to Kennisis Lake Fever. Although we were short a few members for the week due to their encounter with Covid, the rest of us were once again able to take advantage of the many amenities of the cottage. Mother Nature kept the temperature dialled down a bit, but that didn't deter our grandchildren from enjoying swimming from the dock over to the lily pad. The plentiful space in the cottage gave us all lots of room to stretch out after family meals prepared on the deck's large grill BBQ. Heidi & Alex are wonderful, very responsive hosts. We hope that they can accommodate us again in the summer of '23!

| This is a perfect cottage for a multi-generational holiday, in our case 11 people including grandparents, parents and grandkids There is plenty of space for everyone both to be together and to have privacy when needed. The cottage is very well kept with magnificent views over Lake Kenissis. A fairly steep path down to the dock was manageable by the older folks, and the deep water off the dock was popular for swimming throughout the day. The lily pad raft was particularly popular and the kayaks, canoes and paddle boards well utilized. Parental supervision around the dock should be a must, depending on the age of the kids.

| This was our family's 2nd stay at Kennisis Lake Fever, having previously enjoyed it in August, 2020. Our grandchildren treated our Saturday arrival like a homecoming event, excitedly going back to ?their? rooms to get set up for the week.
The cottage is very spacious, so there was plenty of room for our group even during the occasional bout of rain that we encountered. The smart TV provided alternative entertainment options for those kids who tired of building their Lego towers. The large dining table, kitchen island counter and deck table gave our crew many options for their mealtime seating.
The cottage dock is top quality and very spacious, easily accommodating our 20 foot boat. Launch ramp, fuel, ice cream and supplies are all available at Kennisis Lake Marina, where you will also find a very popular food truck (open Thursday through Sunday, during our visit).
