Muskoka Lake House

Welcome to our cottage located in the heart of the golf and resort areas of Muskoka. We are minutes away from the JW Marriott, Cleveland's House, The Rock Golf Club and Lake Joe Club. Port Sandfield is a five minute drive either by boat or car and Port Carling is just fifteen minutes away. This property offers a true cottage escape, yet it is a short drive from shopping, restaurants and golf in the Muskoka region.

Inside the spacious open concept cottage there are wall to ceiling views of the lake from both the kitchen and living room. Keep cool in the summer with central air and cozy up by the fire with a good book on the occasional rainy day. There is also a TV with satellite and plenty of books and games to keep guests entertained.

You will find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dining space. The french doors off the living area open onto a spacious deck where you'll find a barbecue and comfortable chairs to enjoy an afternoon or sunset cocktail.

The main floor also consists of a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Bedroom one hosts a queen size bed and bedroom two hosts two bunk beds that can accommodate 4 guests. The upstairs has a spacious loft area with a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower.

The waterfront is just steps from the cottage where there is a fire pit, a large dock and a hammock. There is a shallow sandy water entrance which is ideal for children. Adults can lounge on the dock while keeping a safe eye on the children. There is also two SUPs, a kayak and a canoe at your disposal to enjoy a leisurely paddle on the lake.
