Welcome to Bay Breeze on The Bay of Quinte. This is one of the most popular walleye and bass fishing spots around. Dock your boat or fish off the dock. Or just sit on the large (partially covered) deck, relax and enjoy the views. There are horseshoe pits within the fenced yard.

Inside you will have plenty of space with a complete kitchen, large dining area and living room. Or grab a book and relax in the sunroom, overlooking the water. There are three full bedrooms, each with night stands and a dresser. Each of the three bedrooms offer its' own unique theme. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one with bunk beds. All linens are supplied. The cottage is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, stove, microwave, full size fridge and a BBQ.

Hand towels for the bathroom and tea towels for the kitchen are supplied. You will need to supply your bath towels, face cloths and paper towels. Garbage bags and drinking water is supplied. Minimum 4 nights rental required.

Fresh farm eggs are available from a few different local farms. There are a few boat launches just minutes away. You are only 15 minutes to Napanee and the 401, 30 minutes to the Picton Ferry and the apple orchards. Such a wonderful area for the family or fishing and a great way to spend your summer or time away.

WE just stayed here this past weekend and would highly recommend it. Kim and Rick were super awesome hosts. They met us on the first day, gave us a tour and made sure we had everything we needed.
The property has a great view of the water, lots of chairs and tables outside and around the firepit, ( our favourite spot). In the morning for coffee and around the fire at night.
Rick made sure there was wood there before we arrived.
They also had a basket with basic supplies in case you forgot anything, like soap , toothbrush etc. I thought that was a nice touch.
Everything was super clean and ready for arrival.
There is a public boat launch just down the street with a $2 cost.
I have a lot of experience renting cottages in the region and this is one of the nicest locations I've had, the property is level to the water and you can park your boat right out in front. Its also only 10 minutes from Nappanee which is great, a lot of rentals in the region can be a long drive to Town due to the layout of the region.
If there was a 6* option I would give it, Thank you Rick and Kim, we WILL be back. Maybe for a week next time.

Owner response:
Hi Glenn & Sue,
We are so happy you enjoyed your cottage weekend. We certainly hope to see you & the boys back. It sounds like your fishing was very successful. So glad you got to relax around the fire pit. We love that spot just watching the sunset with the fire going. Thank you again for booking with us and we hope to see you soon. Kim & Rick
