Located on 4.5 acres, this cottage and 375 sq. ft. bunkie are a sound and cozy representation of many getaways at the south border of the Kawarthas/Haliburton Highlands region. The lakefront is the centrepiece of the property with plenty of watercraft, sand, docks for tanning and lounging, a raft, and crisp, clean, warm water. It is the best water you will experience while keeping an eye on the action and sandcastle construction onshore. A spectacular treehouse up top overlooks a slackline and a flat grass area away from the beach for bocce, soccer, volleyball, and the like. A firepit and your first night's wood are supplied.

The cottage is also accessible to many amenities. From a walking standpoint, the Rockcliffe Moore Falls serves delicious food and is licensed. https://www.therockcliffe.ca/. Additionally, Coboconk, Norland, and Minden are all 20 min. or less. Kawartha Dairy, shopping, go-karts, look-offs, Boshkung Brewery, and restaurants are mere samples.

The extra cabin (large modern cabin with King size) is inclusive and has a bedroom, a comfortable living space, a view, and a washroom with running water and a toilet. This is a perfect hideaway for the grandparents or a family of 4.
