The Cozy Cabin is in the perfect location to discover all that Calabogie has to offer. The cabin is steps from the manitou mountain trail, five minutes from the peaks ski hill, ironwood golf course and Madawaska nordique trails. The cabin has its own private beach, private dock, deck with a fireplace and another deck with table and chairs. There is a boat launch five minutes from the cabin making it easy to trailer a boat and tie up to the dock for your stay.
The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hot water and a propane stove to keep you cozy and warm on chilly nights. Linen is included.

Our family of four had a wonderful two weeks at this cottage. The location right on the water made for some amazing views and tons of fun on the sandy beach. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable, with a great screened-in porch for early morning coffee or late night board games. The proximity to the Manitou Mountain trails was an unexpected bonus and luxury, as the trails are well-maintained and the views are magnificent. It is a great family cottage in a beautiful location -- however, it is very close to neighbours on both sides so if you are looking for a very private place probably not the right fit.

We had a great week at this cottage. Inside it was clean and kitchen was well-stocked. Lots of sitting area, hammock on the patio. It is a bit run-down (torn screens, cobwebs) but I feel like the state of the cottage was fairly reflected in the lower price. It does have a small road that runs between cottage and lake that is not seen in pictures. The lake itself is super warm and beautiful. They provided a floating "lilipad" that my kids had the BEST time climbing on and jumping off of. Future guests MUST bring a fly zapper and bug spray. The horseflies are horrible and always buzzing around when you are outside. Very annoying for my kids who had trouble just playing on the beach and were getting bitten constantly. Overall we had a great week here and the price was very reasonable compared to other rentals. Renter was very communicative and helpful.
