The floor to ceiling windows make you feel you're outside and on top of the water ! There are two walk outs, one to the deck, and the other to level ground for barbecuing, sun bathing, fire pit and steps to the lake.

The main level features two bedrooms (one queen, one double) and bathroom with shower, walkout to deck, and fully equipped kitchen. The lower level features another two bedrooms (one queen, one bunkbed), gas fireplace, walkout to patio area, plus a full bathroom with 3 or 4 person dry sauna.

This property has its own drilled well with superb water, a firepit, and excellent swimming. Haliburton Lake is very clean, offers miles of scenic boating, two free boat ramps, a boat access only sand beach, and a fabulous public beach accessible by car. Fort Irwin, 4 km away offers a full service marina, a gift shop and licensed restaurant.

Owners looking to rent to families (2 adults, 2 children) with exceptions being made for occasional overnight/weekend guests upon request. A discount will be given for 2 or 3 week stay.
