There is a local convenience/beer/liquor store 8 minutes away. The local PPJ bicycle path is located at the laneway entrance. Golf course is a 10 minute commute. Whitewater rafting is a 40 minute drive.

This completely renovated (2018) boathouse style cottage is situated on a beautiful sandy beach point, offering waterfront views from all locations within the buildings first floor. Enjoy sunrises to the east and sunsets to the west. The north shoreline offers a full privacy sand beach with shallow water access for novice swimmers and a mid size boat launch, along with a view of the Laurentian Mountains. Deep water access is available on the east shoreline. The property offers an array of wildlife scenery, where many deer, ducks, geese, and animals can be seen at times. Great fishing from shore.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms located on the 2nd level accessed by a spiral staircase. Ample closet space throughout the entire loft. The bathroom, located on the 1st floor has a shower, sink and user friendly RV toilet. The full open concept lower level offers a generous sized kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and all cooking and dining amenities. There's a comfortable living room with a TV and satellite dish ready, requiring your Bell receiver.

There's a 12 x 16 gazebo, as well as an outdoor fire pit and extra lawn chairs. A BBQ (propane provided) is available as well. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.
