The available space is the whole main floor of the house with separate entrance on the front deck. The front deck and dining area have a view of the water which is about 300 meters away. The water view is on the side of the front deck which is also seen from the dining area.

This is a cottage style house with a beautiful tourist atmosphere and a great feeling of being closer to the water in one of New Brunswick's favorite tourist destination, Shediac, the home of the world's largest lobster. What is special is that this cottage house is only 500 meters away - walking distance from Shediac downtown or the Main street - very close to stores, supermarkets, playgrounds, parks, hotel or motel public swim access, restaurants, market for various cultural foods and souvenir items, banks with ATMs, town centre & mall, wharf, arena, walking trails, and a few minutes drive to "Parlee Beach", one of the most beautiful beaches in New Brunswick.

NOTES

Rate considers that only the main floor of the house is accessible, however, you will have separate (private) entrance on the front deck (with keyless/coded door lock). I have a divider between main floor and basement entrance.

My son (7 year old) and I like to stay at our basement so we will be there with separate entrance on the side of the house. You will have access, should you want, to a barbeque grill and outdoor dining and tables at the back. My two white cats stay at a big shed at the back of the house. For those who wish to see or touch our cats, they are safe as they are declawed (Turkish white Angoras).
