Welcome to Birchview Cottage near Huntsville, Ontario. (Bay Lake)

Birchview Cottage is available for Weekly or Monthly rentals all year around and can accommodate up to 8 persons.

Summer Weekly rate is $ 2,250 Plus HST. 7 nights Minimum stay. We are located just north of Huntsville. A 2.5 Hr drive from Toronto.

Bed Linens, Pillow cases & Toilet Paper products are not provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots and pans.

Propane BBQ located on the deck.

Well trained & leashed Pets are welcome.

Of course summer is the busiest time of year for family vacations but this location is also ideal for fall & winter activities.... hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing..etc.... ( located adjacent to OFSC Trail #95).

We had a fabulous experience at Birchview in July. We previously rented on Bay Lake for many years and were looking for a chance to rent there again. John has the perfect cottage for our 3 generation party of 7/8. The cottage itself is clean, well-appointed, a good size, and the second 2 piece bathroom in the basement is a big plus. There are kayaks, paddle boats, and a canoe all in great condition for fun on the water, and it's Bay Lake so the swimming is great. John is the perfect host, friendly, understanding and obliging. Very highly recommended!

This was our first time renting a cottage and I must say that our experience was better than imagined! If everyone was as friendly and understanding as John (the owner) was the world would be a better place! From the moment we arrived to the time we left, John went over and beyond to ensure that our stay was as perfect as can be. The cottage was clean and plenty of room for 8 people! The kids always had something to do with all the amenities that they have! It's a quiet peaceful lake, good fishing and all around relaxing! Highly recommended based on the owners caring and consideration of making the renters feel at home!!
