Little Downie Island is a private 1.3 acre island located in the beautiful 1000 Islands. The cottage can be reached by boat in about 10 minutes from Pecks Marina close to Ivy lea and from Gananoque Municipal Marina.

Enjoy spectacular views, a beautiful beach, and two docks (one 40' and one 15'). Excellent swimming with deep water and a swim raft. There are many outdoor activities for all ages. Sit back and enjoy a drink in the hot tub or in the lounge area on the wrap-around deck. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining area overlooking the water.

The cedar cottage sleeps up to 8 people, and is very comfortable and well-appointed. The cottage is heated and has a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 in the main cottage, 1 in the bunkie), 2 sitting areas, dining room, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room. The cottage is also equipped with a water purification system so there is no need to bring potable water.

Note: Little Downie Island can be accessed by boat only. The closest marina to launch your boat would be Peck's Marina located at 505 Thousand Islands Parkway, Lansdowne , ON, however you can also launch a boat at Williams Marina or at the Gananoque Marina. From there it is about an 10 minute boat ride to the island. If you do not have your own boat there is the option of renting a boat at either Peck's Marina or Misty Isles Lodge.
