The home is fully air conditioned with 4 bedrooms (1 king + ensuite, 2 queen, 2 double beds, one wooden crib + mattress + plus a separate bunkie with a children's bunk bed + single. Note the bunkie NOT included in total bedroom count shown above in listing (no AC/ HVAC). Tesla fast charger installed onsite.
The lakefront has 2 large docks and a full length deck with both morning & afternoon sun & table seating. 14 Foot Fishing Boat (Aluminum) available for extra charge + deposit. Fastest internet in cottage country with one of the few Starlink Internet connections available. Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ INCLUDED on our Smart TV + Xbox ONE.
Inside, the open concept living/kitchen/dining room serves for optimal entertaining with full bay windows and cathedral ceilings. The great room features TV, WiFi internet, surround sound audio entertainment, a board game chest for children/adults and a wood burning fireplace. Both walk in and dock access to the lake are available (stone/lake bottom). There is not a sandy beach or ideal entrance suitable for toddlers on our waterfront (though there is shallow rocky water to wade in). Adult supervision is always required.

| The cottage inside and outside is amazing. Everyone enjoyed the ping pong table! Everything well stocked, great condition and clean. Air conditioner was lovely on our super hot week!!! Deck is large, lots of seating with great views. Owner is kind, responsive and Very accommodating!
Although there are some weeds as stated, they were not bothersome, but removing the loose grass that collected in water, was a bit of a nuisance. I had to remove one star because of the large flock of Canada Geese (10-15) that hang out in the bay and soil the water. This could be an unusual thing this year, but they were there, every day, often right off the dock. We are a family of swimmers that couldn't safely swim in that. I dislike writing anything negative, but this really affected our enjoyment as lake temperature was perfect for swimming. We did enjoy Sandy Beach 15 min. away where we could enjoy the water.

We're upgrading some of the swimming area accommodations this year with new clearing of the water, lake bed mat for more enjoyable swimming. We also recommend jump rock back for great swimming a short paddle away. We hope to have you back again! | |

| Looking for a great cottage and location this one checks all the boxes.
Lots of space both indoors and out to kick back and chill. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and small bunkie for the kids.
Nice waterfront and use of kayaks, canoes and paddle boat makes exploring the cove and lake most enjoyable. Great dock if you have your own boat or SeaDoo.
Harrison is a super host and very responsive to any and all questions.
Would gladly rent again.

| We just stayed at this cottage and we loved it. The inside is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all you may need for cooking in terms of pots/pans/ dishes etc. Rooms were big and beds comfortable. Extra linens, towels, cloths readily available. Water was nice, typical for the area in terms of weedy patches. Lots of water toys, inflatables, kayaks etc. Kids loved to kayak out to the many small islands in front of the cottage and the jumping rocks were a hit with everyone. Xbox in the bunkie was a nice bonus for the kids when the adults wanted to have some uninterrupted time on the deck :) We had a great vacation!

| We have stayed at this cotage twice and are coming back for our third time. The cottage is very nice, and is exactly what is advertised. Harrison the owner is always there for any question and concerns, this is a great location you are close to Buckhorn and Bobcaygeon. The lake is great
fishing and swimming here are great. The water can be a bit weedy by the dock, but very swimmable. Two thumbs up for This cottage cant wait to go!
