Clement Lake House is a 2 bedroom one bathroom cottage with access to Clement Lake and multiple lakes with sandy beaches in the area. The vibe at Clement Lake House is cozy and sophisticated, yet relaxed! We provide sheets, duvet, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, spices, cutleries, cooking utensils, BBQ, an outdoor fire pit, seating for four around the fire pit, etc
Clement Lake House is 3 hours north of Toronto, 26 minutes to downtown Haliburton, 30 minutes to Bancroft, 1.5 hours to Peterborough and an hour to Lakefield. You are a 45 minute drive to Sir Sam's Ski Hill. There is a snowmobile trail less than 2KM from the property and many in the area. You can learn more about the trails at the links below for Highlands East.
We provide bicycle for guests to ride into town, to the beach or just to explore the neighborhood. We are a 2KM drive to Foodland, LCBO, Library, Arena, restaurants and other amenities.
Our minimum stay is two nights except on long weekends and holidays. During long weekends we require a minimum three nights stay. During Christmas, March Break, Easter and New Years a minimum of four nights are required. July and August we require a week's rental; Saturday to Saturday.
Clement Lake House is located within a comfortable commuting distance to many attractions such as Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve, Walking on a Cloud Canopy Tour, Sir Sam's ski hill, Dorset Lookout and world re-known Algonquin Park and of course all the other lakes in the area!
Wilberforce is known among geocachers as the "Geocaching Capital of Canada." The first cache in the Town was "Wilberforce be With You" placed by Geofellas :)
