DESCRIPTION:
The entire condo has hardwood floor.GROUND FLOOR entrance area is very spacious and leads to the living room area where several couches are located including TWO pull-out sofa beds.One is a NEW Queen pull-out and the other has a NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS both in 2019. There is a gas f/place, SMART flat screen tv and wifi. Lots of windows in this end unit make it very bright. CONDO FACES THE LIT SKI-HILLS.
Off the living room is a separate dining room for 8. The open concept , well stocked kitchen has 2 bar stools around the counter. There is a full size fridge, stove/micro-wave on top, NEW dishwasher/2019 and lots of cupboard space.
GREAT PLACE TO SIT OUT AND RELAX IN THE SUMMER or have your children play in the backyard: Sliding doors from the living room lead to the PATIO and a spacious green area for children or adults to use. Bbq/propane and chairs allow you to sit and enjoy the nice weather.Our condo views the greenery of the mountains in Spring /Summer. The spectacular changing colours of the Fall and the lit ski hills in the Winter. FOR GOLF LOVERS watch the tee off directly in front of you from the Monterra Golf course.
The Master bedroom on the main floor features a newer luxury mattress and closet and dresser space to store your belongings.Outside in the hallway is the lower shower bathroom. Washer/dryer and central vac are in the closet.
Stairs lead up to the "LOFT" bedroom that has a high wall looking down to the main floor. There is a double bed suitable for 2 adults and there are 2 separate single beds also.The area also includes a full bathroom with tub/shower.
Outside you have a designated parking spot right in front of the condo. Visitor parking in 2nd part of your parking lot.
POOL- OPEN SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS- at the end of the parking lot, a short 2 minute walk is the heated outdoor pool for the residents/guests of the "Sierra Lane condos. POOL open Saturdays only in June and daily when kids are out of school in June 27th on to Labour Day.WINTER CLOSED.

| We really enjoyed our stay here. We've noticed some of the little touches that made our experience even better like quality cutlery, fast Internet, and an extra propane tank so we didn't have to worry about running out. The place spacious, comfortable and John was a fantastic host. I wouldn't think twice about booking with him again. Thank you!

| We stayed for a week in August and everyone had a great time. Everything is very comfortable and it is well equipped. The booking and check in/out process was very easy. We had a small issue with one of the toilets and it was remedied within 12 hrs of our complaint. The location is very convenient for village activities and the pool was enjoyed daily. Covid rules were in place and strictly adhered to. I would definitely return. One small tip: take your own hairdryer.

| We really enjoyed our stay and are going back to it again this year.
The Condo is spacious and allows privacy. It is very clean ( and easy to clean when you leave). You a very close to the village and the golf course ( you back onto the first fairway).
All the amenities are good ( internet, TV, BBQ).
The only downside is the distance to the garbage dumpsters - talk about not picking first world problems.
I easily recommend this property.
