Cottage in convenient location 1 hour north of Peterborough!

Cottage has everything you need, recently rebuilt. The cottage is brand new, all that's left to finish on the property is final grading & landscaping. This shouldn't be a problem as you'll likely spend most of your time on the deck & dock all day.

The dock gets sun all day, and water at shore is very clean, clear and great for swimming, depth off dock is 4-5 feet deep.

Paddle boat, kayaks, canoe and stand up paddle board is all there for guests to use, just show up and enjoy this wonderful spot!
