This OUTSTANDING, QUALITY, and FAMILY-FRIENDLY property is located in a small bay on beautiful LAKE MUSKOKA. The property is SOUTH FACING, providing SUN ALL DAY. The cottage's convenient location provides you with easy BOAT ACCESS TO "THE BIG 3" LAKES. Lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau and Lake Joseph! You can rent or bring your own boat, as there is outdoor dock space provided to you for parking. Both the COTTAGE and the FULLY EQUIPPED BUNKIE are meticulously cared for and maintained with special attention to detail. Both buildings boast whisper-quiet CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, so you keep stay cool in peace. UNLIMITED HIGH-SPEED INTERNET is included and surrounds the complete grounds of the property. This feature allows you to work, watch Netflix, or surf the web from anywhere you please without limitations! The COTTAGE is a classic-style, open concept, easy access BUNGALOW. It is finished with a warm pine interior, with large lake-facing windows which provide users with an unmatchable view from the kitchen, dining room, living area, and master bedroom. The MASTER BEDROOM has a king-sized bed, and the SECOND BEDROOM has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on the top. Every mattress and pillow is covered with breathable, waterproof protectors. The cottage's lake-facing OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN provides you with everything you could possibly need to create and serve the most wonderful of meals. It is FULLY EQUIPPED with KitchenAid appliances. There is a full-sized fridge, with an interior ice maker located in the freezer. The stove has a four-burner glass top, and the oven has a convection option. The kitchen also has a microwave and a dishwasher, as well as a KEURIG coffee maker and a French press. Safe drinking water is available in the kitchen, as well as throughout the cottage, as all sinks are equipped with REVERSE-OSMOSIS FILTERED WATER spigots. You have the option to dine at the six-person dining room table, or at the kitchen bar, complete with four high-backed bar stools, for more casual seating.
The OPEN CONCEPT DINING ROOM has a beautiful solid wood dining table and chairs. It too boasts beautiful lake-front views.
The OPEN CONCEPT FAMILY ROOM is furnished with very comfortable Sklar Peppler furniture. There is a large HDTV with Bell ExpressVu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus, as well as a DVD player and an assorted DVD collection. Assorted board games are also provided.
The BATHROOM is a three-piece with a large marble shower.
The cottage is also equipped with a stackable WASHER & DRYER. An ironing board, iron, and a drying rack are also provided.
THE FULLY EQUIPPED BUNKIE, which is just steps from the main cottage, is also an open concept space. It is finished with a warm pine interior and is routinely one of our renters favourite indoor spaces. This space contains two bedrooms, a spacious full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living area.
The Bunkie's FIRST BEDROOM has a double captain's bed. The Bunkie's SECOND BEDROOM has a single bunk bed set. Again, the mattresses and pillows in this building are all covered with breathable, waterproof protectors.
The BUNKIE BATHROOM is a three-piece that is incredibly large and spacious. It has a vaulted ceiling, sky lights and a ceiling fan, as well as the REVERSE-OSMOSIS FILTERED WATER spigots that are characteristic of all sinks on the property.
The BUNKIE KITCHEN is open concept and very well equipped. It contains a full-size stove, microwave, and a full-size fridge. There is also KEURIG coffee maker. Again, this sink has a REVERSE-OSMOSIS FILTERED WATER spigot.
The BUNKIE LIVING ROOM is open concept, with a large HDTV with Bell ExpressVu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus. Of course, the UNLIMITED PROPERTY-WIDE WIFI extends to this space as well.
The cottage sits on an astounding piece of property that leaves nothing to the imagination. Mature oak trees line the shore and provide wonderful summer shade for the Cottage and Bunkie, as well as anyone who seeks their cover. The entire property is LEVEL and easy to access. The bay is always calm and restful, and the entire property offers you a BREATHTAKING VIEW of the lake regardless of where you are standing.
The property's ENTIRE SHORELINE is comprised of a level, HARD PACKED SAND bottom - excellent for all ages. The stone retaining wall along the shoreline is a wonderful place for kids (and adults!) to build sandcastles and hang out by the lake. The water depth begins shallow at the retaining wall and gently continues to slope and become deeper water, reaching a depth of 6 feet at the end of the dock.
If you enjoy time by the lake, you will be overjoyed to indulge yourself in the plentiful amount of water sport equipment provided to you upon rental. This includes a PEDAL BOAT, TWO STAND-UP PADDLE BOARDS, a WOODEN SWIM RAFT, swim noodles, swim loungers, and a variety of fishing rods. Oversized swim/hot tub towels are provided as well.
The outdoor living space is enhanced by the EXPANSIVE 30 x 30 UPPER BOATHOUSE DECK. This deck is easily accessed from the elevated, level, walkway that links the front deck of the main cottage to the upper boathouse deck. The sound of the water beneath you and the view from this spot is pure MAGIC. It is a wonderful place to gather and relax in the morning, noon or night. This space provides our guests with an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs, an extra-large adjustable umbrella, two loungers, a SWING HAMMOCK on a solid frame base, and a 4 BURNER WEBER BBQ. A full, additional backup propane tank is also provided to accommodate all of your BBQing needs.
A HYDROPOOL HOT TUB is located on the front deck of the main Cottage and can be enjoyed at all times of the day or night. The view of the lake from the tub is beautiful. Weekly balancing of the hot tub provided.
In the evenings, you can enjoy a LAKESIDE CAMPFIRE. A GRAND, professionally hardscaped, FIRE PIT and entertainment area is located next to the Bunkie overlooking the lake. It is surrounded with comfortable Muskoka Chairs in which to sit and relax under the stars. It is great spot for the family to tell stories enjoy making smores together. FIREWOOD is provided.
A few other property features of note: The entire cottage is connected to an automatic BACKUP GENERATOR. This means that should the power go out, you will not be affected. We also provide an extensive stock of start-up supplies, which also includes a basic First Aid Kit, umbrellas & flashlights. The driveway accommodates parking for up to six vehicles. There is a secure bin for weekly GARBAGE COLLECTION located near the road.
The cottage is located less than 10 minutes from to Bala, the 'Cranberry Capital of Ontario'. This quaint little town is home to Don's Bakery, Johnston's Cranberry Marsh and winery, a grocery store, an LCBO, plenty of local gift shops, and numerous small local eateries. Gravenhurst is a 20 min drive with similar amenities. Port Carling is also a 20 min drive with many shops, restaurants, groceries & LCBO. You can golf at Muskoka Bay Club or Lake Joe Club. Torrance Barrens Nature Preserve is also nearby, and is a lovely visit.

| Great cottage experience - cottage is well equipped and has everything you need. Air conditioning in both the cottage and bunker is great. Also has heating for those colder fall nights. Lots of toys for the lake and good swimming. Would recommend, had a good stay.

| We are so lucky to have been able to rent this beautiful cottage again this year. Everything about the cottage - inside and outside - is pristine. There is so much for the kids to do, from swimming to boating to fishing to hot tubbing, and so many spaces for us adults to relax. For the rainy days, having access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus were amazing additions this year. As well, the unlimited wifi made working from the cottage easy and seamless.
Kristine is a joy to deal with, always making sure that renters have everything they need. In these COVID times, she goes even further, with new bottles of hand and dish soap each week, as well as new Tupperware containers to ensure no cross-contamination. The cottage was spotless when we arrived, indicating a very thorough cleaning between renters.
Thanks again to Kristine and the owners for letting us share your slice of heaven.

| Cozy, relaxing, with all the amenities you could want, or need. Well-located and well-stocked, and at a time like this, it's worth noting how clean the place was and how lovely the owner was to deal with. The bunkie was also very nice and also stocked with everything. Fire pit, hammock, hot tub and being right on the water: everything you'd want in a cottage.

| Our time at this cottage was amazing. The property is so easy to get around and the raised pathway to the boathouse deck meant that older guests did not have to walk any stairs. The cottage was stocked with everything you can think of - detergent, soap, towels, kitchen accessories - and was spotless when we arrived.
The cottage is on a bay, so it is very calm and quiet, perfect for swimming and floating, with easy access to the larger and wavier Lake Muskoka. We rented a boat from the nearby marina, and the dock has boat loops to tie it up. We also made great use of the stand-up paddleboards and pedalboat provided.
Kristine was a dream, so responsive to our questions with her main goal clearly for us to have the best time. I encourage anyone considering renting this cottage to go for it - you will not be disappointed!

| I rented the cottage for my family for its outdoor space. I was not disappointed. The water access was great for the grandchildren as it started off shallow and gradually got deeper. The outdoor deck was fantastic, we ate all of our meals outside as we had a fantastic week. The cottage was equipped with everything you needed for cooking along with a great BBQ. The cottage was clean and had everything you needed for a great stay.
