| Once again we have returned to Hemlock Haven to enjoy the hospitality of Sandra and Bill. The cottage is spotless, extremely well-equipped and in such a beautiful setting. This year we enjoyed watching the ice leave over 4 beautiful days. Sandra and Bill are very responsive and really do look after your every need. They are both such warm and welcoming people. Thank-you very much.
We look forward to returning again soon.

| My friend and I rented this cottage for a pre holiday get away with our two rescue dogs before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season is upon us. The cottage and setting were picturesque: we even saw a deer off to the side of the road as we were driving in. Once inside the cottage was warm and welcoming; Sandra our host has a beautifully decorated Christmas tree set up beside the fire place which made it all the more welcoming. It was obvious the cottage was very clean and well cared for. There are big windows overlooking the backyard and lake which offers an amazing view and plenty of sun light. The cottage provided everything we needed as we like to cook (dishes, pots and pans, bbq), and sometimes chill watching Netflix. There is a big gorgeous kitchen island which was very handy for meal preparation and keeping things organized. A wood burning stove also came in handy whenever we wanted to cosy up.
Outside there is a beautiful sandy beach with fire pit area and walk in area for our pooches. In spite of the cold, the dogs loved splashing about in the clear, clean water. We enjoyed a fire at night and the dogs loved exploring and running around the sand beach. While there are neighbouring cottages on both sides there are wooded areas that offer plenty of privacy. It was very quiet and tranquil.
Sandra was a very gracious host, excellent at communicating and responding to all of our questions. We would definitely come back and recommend to others

| We stayed at this wonderful cottage the first week in September. We loved our time there and would highly recommend it. Being directly on the waterfront was so peaceful with a dock for the boat and our own private little beach. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed and the views of the lake from the cottage were spectacular. A little slice of paradise on a quiet lake that we didn't want to leave.

| We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Everything as it was advertised. Its a beautiful modern/rustic cottage with awesome views (from all sitting areas), great kitchen and comfy sleeping areas. The owner was very prompt in responding to the few questions we had and provided great instructions on local sites and amenities. A lovely place to spend a few fall days. Thanks for a great vacation.
