Large four bedroom character cottage beautifully decorated makes an ideal choice for friends and families seeking comfort and wonderful memories! We are located in Matlock MB, home of world class walleye fishing and approx ½ hour drive from the city, very close to Winnipeg Beach and Gimli. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, full fridge, flat top stove, microwave, full indoor bathroom, natural gas BBQ, fire pit, 50 inch flat screen TV/ DVD player, fully air conditioned and gas fireplace for those chilly evenings.
The cottage provides over 1,300 sq ft of living space with two outdoor decks (front and rear) as well as a private screened in living area/gazebo for relaxation. Large fully fenced in backyard and beautiful outdoor cedar shower area.
We are a two minute walk to the famous piers of Matlock to see spectacular sunsets and swimming beach. A short walk to Matlock Community Centre for children to enjoy activities all summer long. Local store, restaurants and laundry facilities within minutes. As well as marina nearby.
