This 13 year old cottage has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the top floor, a master with a King size bed, the other has a Queen and a single. In the basement there is a room with a Queen and then in the open area of the basement there are two singles. There is a high chair.

BOATS -- There is a two person sit on top Kayak, a peddle boat that holds two adults and three small children. We no offer 4 kids sit on top kayaks.

There are not many bugs in the summer. The cottage is up on a hill by the water so there is always a breeze also due to the proximity to the ocean. The fog that affects hubbards and Queensland beach is lower than the cottage so we never get summer fog. It is always much warmer at the cottage than by the ocean. The LAKE WATER IS WARM. As of the may 24 long weekend it is swimmable and becomes like bath water early july.

In the main bathroom there is a Jacuzzi bath tub and marble flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom. There is a 50 inch TV with surround sound in the basement. We have bell fibreop internet.
