Welcome to BEACH TRAIL COTTAGE
We rent weekly Sunday to Sunday during the summer months of July and August.
Weekly and weekend bookings are available during the spring and fall.
GREAT LOCATION, 2 minute walk to sandy South Beach at the end of Lake Road.
LOCATION
The Beach Trail cottage is a lovely, clean and family friendly chalet style home located in one of the most desirable original neighbourhoods of Southcott Pines. A close short walk to South Beach, Sun Beach, Marina, shops and restaurants and Downtown Main Street with all the tourist shops and restaurants.
The cottage is comfortably furnished with all amenities.
Enjoy your days relaxing on one of the three cottage decks.
You'll find South Beach at the end of Lake Road, a 2 minute walk from the cottage. The beach access is level, no stairs! The shallow warm water and powder soft sand is awesome! Picture perfect views of the South Beach Pier and Main Pier with lighthouse.
Private Sun Beach entrance is an easy stroll with access along Shoreline Drive. We provide a parking pass for Sun Beach if required.
Grand Bend Marina district with restaurant and galleries is a short walk. Downtown Main Street beach, shopping and entertainment is walking distance.

HOUSE RULES
The cottage has an occupancy limit of 8 persons over the age of 12 years. 10 person cottage maximum.
We allow families and mature responsible couples and adult groups.
Please ask is your one small and well behaved pet will be accommodated.
Smoking is only allowed outside the cottage.
Bedding and towels are not supplied. Pillows and mattresses are lined for freshness. Bring your own sheets, comforters and towels.
The cottage is professionally cleaned before your vacation, though it is required that you leave it tidy upon checkout. Cleaning materials are supplied.
Please be respectful as this is a residential neighbourhood!

Along with the most beautiful beaches and sunsets, the Beach Trail Cottage is also a quick walk to the marina with its restaurants, galleries and pier. The downtown Main Street core is a 15 minute walk where you will find shopping, eateries, playground and splashpad and the famous Grand Bend Main Beach with lifeguards and picturesque main pier. The Beach Trail Cottage is a place to enjoy time with family and enjoy all the amenities of home.
