This cute little cottage is located on the road between Cocagne and Notre Dame. There are little beaches dotting the side of the Cocagne river that are minutes away. Convenience, hardware, bakery and liquor store 5 minutes away. A few good restaurants in town too.
Great view and lots of birds around. Large yard with swing set and fire pit. Patio set.
