The water supply to our cottage comes from a well. We now have an iron and sulphur filter installed so our water no longer has that iron colour and smell!! We also do provide a water cooler which you can use to mount a water jug and to dispense refreshing cold water for drinking.

On the front deck you will find a propane BBQ for your use, as well as some Adirondack chairs. A patio set is also provided for outside dining purposes. | We had a great stay and the cottage had everything we needed. We love the area and enjoyed the night skies and sunsets. The kids loved the frog pond and we love the water access, so convenient with young kids.

| We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The location is lovely and the house is comfortable and well-maintained. Everything that we needed was there. Ken, the host, is incredibly helpful and responsive. Its a great location and there is a shallow entry into the lake that was perfect for our young children, with a sandy beach down the road. We plan to return to this idyllic spot.

| 5 of us called Serenity home for a week in August, and it absolutely felt like home. All the information provided by Ken prior to our stay was well prepared and detailed. Once at the cottage, everything was exactly as advertised, and we quickly settled in. The welcome bag was also a nice touch, with maps, and suggestions for things to do in the area. Our teens appreciated the bluetooth speaker, and the wifi. It was also a great location for us to set off on day trips to Flower Pot Island, and the Grotto, as well as some of the trails around Lion's Head. The Lou's (Cindy for Ice Cream in Lion's Head & Miss for the fries) were tasty spots less than 10min away. The sunsets were a great end to each of our days too.

| First off, the information provided by Ken about the cottage and surrounding area was gold. We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Cottage. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, plus there was a bed for everyone! We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck and the kids enjoyed the sandy beach just down the road. Lions head was a short drive for supplies and was close to many day excursions to keep the kids busy. Also noteworthy, the frog pond was such a cute touch and the kids visited several times a day :) I would definitely recommend this cottage!
