This is the perfect cottage for families with young children. It is located in Foots Bay on popular Lake Joseph with its beautiful clear water.  It is close to many amenities including golf courses, restaurants, and shopping available just 10 minutes away in Port Carling, Mactier and Bala. Your children can play on our sandy beach or grassy lawn while you relax in a Muskoka chair on the dock. If you are looking for a traditional cottage where you can get away from the hectic city lifestyle, and the kids can run around barefoot, then our cottage is the place for you.

MAXIMUM guests sleeping at cottage is 6 during rental !

- Master with Queen size bed and flat screen TV (window with lake view & walk out to deck)
- Second bedroom has a double bed
- Third bedroom with bunk bed : double on bottom and twin on top

Living room / Dining Room
- stone fireplace, 2 down filled sofas and gorgeous unobstructed view of Lake Joseph (our neighbors on either side do not have a boat house)
- dining table seats up to 10

Kitchen
Pine cabinets and ceiling, stove, fridge, microwave, blender etc.(fully stocked but no dishwasher)
