**1 WEEK AVAILABLE AUG 3-10** Our White Pines waterfront cottage is on the beautiful shores of Shadow Lake in The Kawarthas. This lovely 3 bedroom waterfront cottage has been completely renovated a few years ago. It boasts an open concept, large fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, AC, washer/ dryer, a fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. We offer free wifi and a 50" ROKU smart TV for Netflix, Prime etc. Enjoy a wade-in sandy waterfront beach or a waterside bonfire amongst the stars. You have your own dock, paddleboat, canoe and kayak included. For fishing enthusiasts there's plenty to catch! Bass, Walleye, Perch & Musky just to name a few. This cottage has year-round availability. Aluminum boat rental with a 9.9hp is available.
This is the perfect getaway spot and only 2 hours NE of the GTA near the town of Coboconk. Maximum occupancy is up to 8 guests. **Guests must be 30 years or older to rent this cottage**

| White Pines is a little piece of heaven! The cottage is extremely clean and has everything you need for a home away from home! The water is clear and has a sandy and shallow walk-in beach front. Perfect for kids! The area is extremely well cared for and Patti has some of the most beautiful gardens I've see. on the property! This rental is absolutely perfect and we can't wait to come back!

| We stayed in July 2023. The cottage is very cute and clean. It has everything we needed the week. The property is perfect - lots of space for the kids to run around and lots of sand at the beach. TV and WiFi were great perks for rainy days and quiet evenings. Patti was very responsive when we had questions. Looking forward to staying again in 2024!

| Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week with the family. Our daughter had a blast swimming and playing on the beach. The lake is beautiful and perfect for fishing and swimming. Patti and Kevin were great hosts and we can't wait to return next year.

| An absolutely amazing stay! This was our first time renting a cottage, and it couldn't have been a better experience. The cottage was easy to find, it was clean and very homey, and the location was close to a grocery store and a few restaurants. The lake was absolutely beautiful, and the quiet peacefulness was amazing. Patti and Kevin were very responsive, and we can't wait to go back next year!
