Cancellation Policy:
30 days prior to stay = Full refund of deposit, minus a $25 administration fee.
29 days to 15 days prior to stay = 50% of deposit refunded*
14 days and under = 0% of deposit refunded

*If the property is able to be rented out for an equivalent time by another party then the original renters will be refunded the full deposit.

*A damage deposit authorization form, with credit card information MUST be signed at the time of deposit.
