This newly built two-bedroom chalet/vacation home has much to offer. It is perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways or as a corporate retreat. With its great location, the home is just a 5 minute walk to a sandy beach on the Wasaga Beach strip and just a 15 minute drive to Blue Mountain Ski Resort.

This year-round cottage/vacation home is on a well-landscaped lot and close to all the conveniences of Wasaga Beach. The waterfront at the beach is sandy and the water is shallow for a long distance from the shore. The lot is leveled, with a grassy yard and the porch out front, as well as a large wooden deck in the back yard are perfect for that afternoon break. The living area has hardwood floors and an open-concept cathedral ceiling, with many quaint accents throughout the home. The main floor features a large living room, kitchen, eating area and a gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms are on the upper level of the home, with two full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi tub.

Nearby you can find the city of Collingwood, Blue Mountain, the zoo, scenic caves, water slides, chair lifts, an amusement park, go carts, mini and regular golf courses, a movie theatre, bingo, tennis, wind surfing, boating and great skiing, snowboarding in the winter.
