May 1st to June -19th and September $1700.00 per week and for the week and June 20th thru September 4th $2500.00 per week. October to May 1st $1400.00 per week. Fall, Spring and Winter minimum 2 nights from $350.00 per night plus $150.00 for each additional night. Holiday Weekends have a premium. Maid service for all guests is required($150.00) includes Linen and Cottage Cleaning. Security Deposits are required for all guests ($500.00) Rates based on 10 Guests
