This newly renovated GROUND-LEVEL SUITE (not a stand-alone cottage) has a gorgeous view of Lake Ontario and deeded access to a rocky beach just steps from a fully enclosed yard. With lots of huge windows, this sunny self-catered suite has 2 large bedrooms with king beds, and a 2nd sitting area with TV and a couch that pulls out to a double bed. 1 Bathroom with shower.

Cottage Rental Facilities
The new kitchen has all the latest appliances along with coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, toaster oven, glasses, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and much more.
The suite features a gas fireplace, heat and A/C, large screen TV, DVD, wireless internet access.
A lovely patio with comfy furniture and gas BBQ is located in a sunny spot with a great view of the lake.

Rates
Open Year Round. Non-smoking. Adults only.
Weekly Sunday to Sunday.
Check-in 4 p.m. Check-out 10 a.m.
High Season: June 25-Sept 6 - weekly $1000
2 night minimum $195 night
Holidays - 3 night minimum $225 night
Low Season: weekly $900.00
2 night minimum $175 night
Holidays - 3 night minimum $195 night
A damage deposit of $300 is required at time of booking, along with 1/2 of your rental rate. The balance is due 2 weeks in advance of your arrival.
Your damage deposit will be returned via cheque after visual inspection completed with you at the time of your check-out.
Rental Payment can be made in cash, bank draft, certified cheque.
CLEANING: A mandatory cleaning fee of $75 per weekly rental will be added, freeing you to enjoy your stay - we ask that you leave the suite tidy, with all dishes washed and put away. Our cleaning service will do the rest!
Less than 7 nights, the cleaning fee is $50, due

Notes
The owners share this lovely, modern home, along with their German Short-haired Pointer. Located in a quiet enclave of better homes, just .6 km west of the 'downtown' area of Wellington.
No parties, please, and noise is requested kept to a minimum after 11 p.m.
Your dogs are welcome, but must be house-trained, flea treated, good with other dogs and people. You must take steps to protect the suite's furnishings, clean up any accidents, and clean up after your dog daily. As well, we request barking be kept to a minimum.
