Escape to a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation rental in Grand Bend, Ontario! Our Year Round Cottage, nestled among the tall oaks and pines of Southcott Pines, offers the perfect retreat for families and adults over 35 alike. During the summer months, enjoy exclusive access to the private and sandy Sun Beach of Southcott Pines, just a short stroll away. Take a relaxing walk among the winding roads and trails or indulge in a variety of local attractions, such as Pinery Park, museums, golf courses, live theaters, motorplex, and much more. Feeling adventurous? Try parasailing, jet skiing, or chartering a fishing boat! After a long day of exploration, return to your air-conditioned home and relax in approximately 2800 sq ft of finished living space. The upper level boasts three spacious bedrooms with double closets, one king, one queen, and three singles, all beautifully adorned with gorgeous hardwood floors. Enjoy the view of the mature trees from the eat-in kitchen, complete with an adjoining 10 x 20 deck and a propane BBQ. The lower level features a full walkout, a fourth bedroom with a queen, large picture windows, and a recently updated family room with a 55" Smart TV, Netflix, cable, USB and HDMI cables for remote connections, and a VCR/ DVD. Additionally, the games room offers an assortment of games, puzzles, and foosball.
Our rental is fully equipped with two baths, laundry, parking for up to four vehicles, and a sheltered private yard with a fire pit, perfect for making s'mores or enjoying the sun. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted.
Whether you're planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a work retreat, Taylor's Grand Bend Cottage is the perfect destination.
Included in your stay is a parking pass for Sun Beach, propane for the BBQ, 3-hour Ultraflame logs (1 per night's stay) for the wood-burning fireplace (October to May only), and 14 deck chairs and 4 loungers. We also provide one large recycling bin and one garbage bin. Any garbage that does not fit with the lid completely down must be taken home. A minimum $75 will be charged for extra garbage.
Please bring a flashlight, all kitchen and bathroom paper products, all kitchen, bath, and bed linens and blankets, food and condiments, and beach towels. Municipal water is safe for drinking.
Housekeeping and cleaning are expected to be completed by the renter upon check-out, and a cleaning checklist and all supplies will be provided. If the cottage is not cleaned to our satisfaction, including putting garbage in bins provided outside, a cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Weekly rentals run from Friday to Friday, with check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 11 am. Please note that holiday rental rates may differ.

| Very nice cottage, great beds, shower, dishwasher, deck, and games/entertainment area, and terrific enclosed campfire with nice Muskoka chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and we drove around the area and went to Dark Horse Winery, Goderich, Bayfield and the town of Grand Bend. Nice, quiet, and a great place to have our family at the cottage. Only 1 thing to recommend is to add a handrail to the outside front steps, in case seniors visit. There was an inside entrance in the back with handrails up the stairs however. Super cottage and well worth every penny we spent. 10/10

| The cottage was as described. It is super clean and spacious and has a wide variety of books and games to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is well equipped as there are gadgets anyone would want. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are super comfortable. There were 7 of us and the cottage was big enough so that we didn't have to be bumping into each other. The short walk to the gorgeous private beach was super comfortable for everyone including the children. Needless to say we are looking into dates for next year.

| I was fortunate enough to stay at this lovely cottage for the month of September. The cottage is exactly as advertised. It was spotlessly clean. I love to cook and found that the kitchen had everything one needs. The mattresses are top quality and the linens are as well. I had a minor problem with a window blind and Don came by to have a look at it the next day. The weather was quite cool and damp so Don also brought some special logs for the fireplace. I can only say good things about this great cottage.

| My family and I rented this cottage for a week in July and we absolutely loved it. The cottage was clean, the AC worked very well and everything worked just as listed. The private beach was way better than the Grand Bend beach, recommend getting there early to get a good spot. We had a family on 10 and this cottage fit all of us perfect! Thank you Don and Diana for letting us stay on your beautiful cottage, we hope to rent it again next year!!
