Description
|
Built in 2005, this spacious and immaculate vacation home offers a restful, quiet retreat with over 1500+ sq. feet of indoor living space and 2.5 acres of outdoor space. This vacation home is perfect for 2 families or large families who need additional space while on vacation.
Furnishings & appliances are brand new, flooring is wood and ceramic tile and the decor is modern and bright. With cathedral ceilings and windows facing the ocean, there is plenty of natural light, a cool breeze off the water and a beautiful view.
There are two decks (one on the front of the house facing the ocean and one in the back). For the kids, there is a trampoline and lots of indoor and outdoor toys & games provided! There is also a campfire pit, horse shoe pit and outdoor heated shower.
For outdoor enthusiasts there is a variety of public parks and beaches, golf courses (Northumberland, Abercrombie and Fox Harbr to name a few), and a marina nearby. In the winter, Ski Wentworth, NS's largest ski resort, is 25 minutes away. ATV and snowmobile trails are plentiful.
If you like to tour around, there are several artisan shops, a winery, museums and an art gallery nearby. Fresh seafood is available in Tatamagouche (in season). We recommend the towns of Truro or Pictou for more shopping options and a variety of other shops and services. Ferry service to PEI is 40 minutes from Oceanbreeze offering the option of a day trip. We can also recommend local spa services if you would like to pamper yourself during your stay at Oceanbreeze!
Waterfront: Oceanbreeze faces the ocean and is approximately 700 ft from the shoreline. It is a 3-minute walk from the house to reach the beach.

3 bedrooms (Seascape room - 1 queen bed, Sun Spirit room - 1 double bed, Surf Shack room - bunk with 1 double on bottom and 1 single on top). Additional futon bed in the living area.
2 bathrooms (1 with soaker-style tub and 1 with shower stall) and outdoor heated shower.
Large, open-concept kitchen and dining area (island seating for 5 plus seating for 4 in adjacent sun room, all appliances, cutlery, dishes and bakeware are provided)

Location Information: Located along the Sunrise Trail (Route 6) near the village of Tatamagouche (Brule Shore area), Oceanbreeze is located on Sea Shore Drive Private off Sand Point Rd. Oceanbreeze is approx. a 40-minute drive from the town of Truro and the town of Pictou (which offers ferry service to PEI). It is less than 2 hours from both Halifax and Moncton.
