Description

Secluded location 6-7 minutes walking distance to Parlee Beach. Master bedroom with ensuite and king size bed, 1 room with 2 twin beds which can be turned into a King and a 3rd room with 2 singles for children in a special kids room. We also have a queen size sofabed to make choices possible for groups up to 8.
there is a separate room in attached garage; sleeps 4 in two bunk-beds which can be used for teenage kids, or anyone for that matter !
Fireplace, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine computer with internet, TV and stereo plus many other extras to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
Sit outside on the deck, or get into the spa to relax with your friends on hot days, or cool nights ! Let your kids play in the enclosed yard. Extra amenities such as satelite TV, DVD stereo, PS3, Wii will make your week with us very enjoyable.
We have an internet ready PC for your personal enjoyment.
A swingset is available for those with smaller children.

The cotttage was completely renovated in 2004 and upgraded again in 2009 and as well in 2011

The above fees are for 4 people. Additional people, up to 4 at maximum, is $75 per person per week. Rental week is Sunday to Sunday

50% Deposit required on booking, with balance to be paid 60 days prior to rental week commencement.
$500 damage deposit to be paid in cash at time of arrival.. It will be returned within three days after checkout if everything is fine.
