This is a lakeshore 4 bedroom home with a private yard and two docks in a residential setting near Monck Provincial Park on Nicola Lake. The home has 3 queen, and 2 double beds. There is one full bath and a powder room. There are no roads to cross for access to your own beach and dock. There is a grassy lawn which allows children to play comfortably. Summer weekly rentals are normally from Sunday 4 p.m. to Sunday at 11 a.m. Waterfront: Swimming, water-skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, boating, & wind surfing from shore & dock; biking and cross-country trails nearby. Heating: Electric heating & wood fireplace Guests allowed: Yes. Maximum 8 occupants, including guests Equipments: Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and outside barbeque; Washer/ Dryer, Satellite T.V., DVD player, and air conditioning. Kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, cups, pots, pans, coffee machine, etc. Bedding is provided as well as a minimum number of towels. Guests are asked to bring their own personal towels and consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, personal hygiene items, etc.) Washing machine uses only HE detergent. Use of canoe, rowboat, and paddle board (SUP). Bring your own life jackets.
