Cleaning service not included. Renters are responsible for leaving the home in a clean state.

Large dining/living area with TV/DVD/CD player, a pull-out sofa, love seat and recliner. Spacious walk-out basement with recreational room including TV/VCR, ping pong table, Fussball table, Sony PlayStation and washer and dryer.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses.
Great outdoor space includes large fenced-in front and back yards, BBQ and rear deck with outdoor furnishing proving front row seats to the famous Kincardine sunsets.
