Rates
June 1st -20th and September $1800.00 per week and June 20rd to June 27th is $2400.00 for the week and June 27ths thru September 4th $2800.00 per week. October to May $1500.00 per week. Fall, Spring and Winter minimum 2 nights $350.00 per night plus $150.00 for each additional night. Holiday Weekends have a premium. Maid service for all guests is required($120.00) includes Linen,towels and final Cottage Cleaning. Security Deposits are required for all guests ($500.00)
