The gorgeous brand new 3 bedroom cottage is on Kashagawigamog Lake, one of a five lake chain. This cottage is just steps away from the closest hard pack sandbar beach in front of the cottage, and another larger sandy beach is just a five minute stroll away. There are beautiful nordic trails behind the cottage that meet up with the sixth hole of the pinestone golf club. Enjoy the clean, clear, refreshing water or watch the children make castles in the sand. Enjoy the dock that would have room for a boat and swimming pleasures. Enjoy the waterfront sun deck while everyone is splashing around. The fire pit is a fun place to be in the evenings whether making s'mores, singing or telling your stories. The cottage is less than five minutes away from the prestigious Pinestone golf course and six other courses are within a 15 min drive. The Wigamog Resort is just a short stroll away and offers camps for kids and the Wind in the Willow Spa for your pleasure, ski-mazing has boat rentals, Sea-doo rentals, water sport camps and lessons for everyone, They are now offering parasailing as well. 10min drive to mindens kyaking rapids. Weekly rentals available July and August @ $1600 per week. Special weekend rates available through remaining months. Spa packages also available they come to you.
