3 plus bedrooms, sleeps 9 to 11(linens included) fully equip kitchen, 2 baths, two Tv's, dvd. Heilemann Heights is more than just a cottage. Previous guests have referred to it as a five-star resort. This facility is ideal for active families, as it is situated in the centre of a myriad of wonderful activities that the modern, active family will never forget.
The gorgeous 3 bedroom cottage is on Kashagawigamog Lake, one of a five lake chain. This cottage is just steps away from the closest hard pack sandbar beach in front of the cottage,(across from the cottage road) and another larger sandy beach is just a five minute stroll away.
There are beautiful nordic trails behind the cottage that meet up with the sixth hole of the pinestone golf club. Enjoy the clean, clear, refreshing water or watch the children make castles in the sand. Enjoy the U shaped dock that would have room for a 3 boats and a swim platform out from the dock for your leisure or swimming pleasures. Enjoy the waterfront sun deck while everyone is splashing around.
The fire pit is a fun place to be in the evenings whether making s'mores, singing or telling your stories.
The cottage is less than five minutes away from the prestigious Pinestone golf course and six other courses are within a 15 min drive. The Wigamog Resort is just a short stroll away,as well as the Wild Moose Bar and Grill. The Wind in the Willow Spa is also steps away for your pleasure, ski-mazing has boat rentals, Sea-doo rentals, water sport camps and lessons for everyone, They are now offering parasailing as well. 10min drive to mindens kyaking rapids.
Weekly rentals available July and August @ $1600 per week. When renting both cottages the cost is $2,800 Special weekend rates available through remaining months. Special Spa packages also available they come to you. (Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday)

Jacuzzi tub in upstairs bath, seperate shower, another bathroom with shower in lower level, large porch around front and side of cottage, 46' surround sound with satelite,woodburning stove, air hockey table, 13ft shuffleboard table, fire pit, dock and deck across access road at lake, paddle boat and canoe, swim platform off dock, sandy beach, small sand bar/beach in front of cottage, or larger beach 5 min stroll from cottage.
Second 2 bedroom cottage available on property for family reunions or large groups $1200. 2 bathrooms, walk-out from one bedroom,(sleeps six) large deck with glass railing for a wonderful view, tv, sat,internet.
Nordic trails behind cottage, propane barbecues with 1 full tank at each cottage.
