We are just a 3/4 hr drive to Confederation Bridge leading to PEI, 1 1/2 hours to Fundy National Park, 30 minutes to Le Pays de la Sagouine. Bouctouche Dunes, 3/4 hr to Hopewell Rocks,1/2 hr to Magnetic Hill and of course you are just a 3 minute walk to world famous Parlee Beach

Cottage Rental Facilities
Large country style cottage with 3 bedrooms. Two with queen size bed, one with double bed, plus loft with 6 single beds. Situated on a beautiful large private lot.
Kitchen, Livingroom, Sunporch, 1 Bath w/shower, microwave, coffee maker, Toaster cable TV ,DVD,Internet, Lines/Bedding,Cutlery,Dishes,propane BBQ,patio table & chairs.

Rates
$1200 per week for 1 family, $1400 per week for 2 or more families to max of 12 people.
Reduced rates in May, June, Sept,Oct
May =$600 per wk for 6 +$50 over
May 31-Jun 21=$650 per wk for 6 +$50 over
Jun 19-26=$1000 per wk
Aug 28-Sept 26=$675 per wk for 6 +$50 over
Sept 25-Nov 1=$600 per week for 6 + $50 over

This is 1 of 5 cottages we have in Shediac/Parlee Beach area. This cottage is a 3 minute walk to famous Parlee Beach. We have a large play area with swing & slide plus a sitting area to relax. Just a 10 minute walk to Pt du Chene wharf where you can eat at Cptn Dans across from the marina, book a site seeing cruise or just do a little fishing. Close by we have shopping, go carts, Drive In, stock car racing, horse back riding,etc.
