| When driving up to your cottage at 31 First Avenue in Gimli we see the lake on one side, a wooden fence and a row of tall evergreens on another and a tennis court all of which gives a feeling of privacy while at the edge of town. The welcoming entrance to the house is through the living room, on to the kitchen/dining area. In the kitchen we find the usual stove and frig plus a dishwasher and an island full of drawers and shelves.The main floor is complete with one bedroom, a utility area, plus a washer/dryer and finally a small bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a cozy little seating area.
The "Music Room"at the back of the lot has an inviting large room with second bath room and bathtub. .An outdoor circular stairway leads to an open deck. It is a great place to watch the stars on warm evenings.
There is no need to feel isolated. The house has a phone, a TV and internet access.
Every time we get near the cottage to spend our three weeks it welcomes and invites us in. "We" has included everyone from two years to the nineties.
We love it.

| Cottage is clean, plenty of room, has internet with free wifi. It has plenty gathering space outdoors, and is close to the beach and in the heart of town.we drive all the way from Missouri to stay at this cottage.the owner is nice and easy to communicate with and offers a fair rental price.,we look forward to staying in it every summer.,
