Executive 3 bedroom home/cottage on beautiful Kamaniskeg Lake in the magnificent Madawaska Valley. If you haven't been to this area before you will be amazed. Absolutley gorgeous and still unspoiled by overpopulation. The house has an eastern exposure and elevated lot makes for spectacular views. Coffee on the deck with the morning sun then watch the moon rise over the lake in the evening. Private well treed lot - 270' of shoreline. Elevated deck makes this home not suitable for young children.

Chef's kitchen, family room, two bathrooms, walk out rec room.

Perfect too for that winter getaway. Warm and cozy. Snowmobile, ski (downhill or cross country) or just sit by the fire.

Cottage Rental Facilities
Television, DVD/video player, washer, dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators. Dock, canoe, kayak.
Must bring own PFD's.
Wood stove and oil furnace.
One queen bed and two doubles in the three bedrooms and one double mattress can go on floor of family room. Linen not supplied. If linen is required it is $20.00 per person.

Rates
$1500.00 per week, July and August. $1250.00 per week off season. Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays available off season. Three day minimum. Check out 11am, check in 3pm. 50% due upon booking. cash or cheque. 50% upon arrival, cash only. Credit card information will be needed for security against damages. 60 days notice required for return of deposit (less 10%)
