3Bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished. Bedding and utensils included. BBQ. Screened sunroom. Living Room. Kitchen with Fridge, stove, oven, microwave. Washroom with shower. Very short walk to two sandy beaches, each with its own unique character. I'm told that this is the warmest water north of the Carolinas - Gulf Stream effect.
Waterfront: 2 extraordinary sandy beaches
Heating: Electric
Pets allowed: Yes but must not be allowed inside the cottage. OK for pet to sleep in the secured, screened-in porch.
Relax on the porch without normal day-to-day distractions.

Location Information: Cottage is situated on 66 acres with 2 sandy beaches. 14KM from the Pictou Rotary on the Sunrise Trail (Rte 6). A total of 18 dwellings (cottages and homes). Very private and easy access to highway system. Take Sunrise Trail to MacKeans Lane. Cottage 199 MacKeans Lane.
