Direct waterfront 3 bedroom cottage on Georgian Bay. Smooth shale rock beach with crystal clear water for swimming. Sand beach park 1 KM east of cottage. Large deck with hot tub overlooking the bay. Cottage suitable for family rentals only maximum of 6.
The Georgian walking/biking trail is across the road. There is 11 golf courses within a 30 minute radius. Intrawest village at Blue Mountain, Collingwood and Thornbury are all just minutes away for excellent dinning. Convenience store which also sells beer, wine and liquor is less then 1 km away.

Equipments:
3 bedrooms 3 queen beds, pillows and duvets provided. Renters supply own sheets and towels. Fully equipped kitchen with all utinsils,fridge,stove,microwave,toaster,coffee maker. Cable TV, DVD, stereo,wireless internet. BBQ and large deck. Napoleon gas fireplace. Hot tub. Fantastic view of Georgian Bay from kitchen, dining room and living room. There is no dishwasher, washer, dryer or phone. Cell phone reception is good and laundromat facilities are close by. There are 4 parking spots in summer and 2 in winter months.

$1050 weekly rate. $1225 weekly rate peak season Mid June,July,August, to Mid September. Weekly rentals only Mid June to Mid September. Please enquire for weekend rental rates off peak season. Payment by certified cheque, money order or E transfer. $500 damage deposit required refunded on inspection. 50% deposit of rental rate secures rental.
