| It was an amazing experience. My daughter just loved the place. We have visited with our friends and everyone enjoyed lot there. The place is situated at the calm bank-side of a lake. The cottage is fully equipped with all the necessary items for boating. We enjoyed the kayaking. There were many books to enjoy the peaceful time. We had a great trip over there. The cottage itself has unique location which gives feeling of a forest house. We didn't have any issues with insects or anything as it was very clean and tidy. LuAnn is also a good person and she was in touch throughout our stay. She has asked many times of we want anything. It was overall great experience.

| We love this cottage! The cottage is clean and spaciously homey. There are great spot for lounging about and hanging out, a sweet functional kitchen and BBQ and beds enough for everyone to get a good nights sleep after a day of swimming, fishing, enjoying the lake by canoe or kayak.
Wonderfully safe location for kids to explore and enjoy the nature surrounding the property. Lots of trees for shade during our scorching Ontario summer days, lots of sun spots to bake yourself and hang the swimsuits and laundry to dry.
The entry into the lake is great, either slip in easily off the shore or plunge in off the dock! Great fishing right off the dock, success for all skill levels. Lots of wildlife to watch too - herons, snapping turtles, garter snakes, kingfishers, beavers, deer and oodles more!
We are excitedly looking forward to our third summer on Big Hawk at LuAnn and Jim's cottage, and they themselves are wonderful hosts and neighbours!

| We just had a fantastic weekend with our friends at this cottage. It was perfect location at a great price. The inside of the cottage was beautiful. It has a very rustic charm with lovely cedar plank flooring that added to the experience. The bedrooms were very cozy and comfortable. Brand- new windows looking out to the lake allowed for nice evenings where the cool breeze day and night. The owner was extremely helpful, and always ready to accommodate special requests. No need to bring any cutlery for the trip, as everything is provided for at the cottage. We enjoyed canoeing, fishing and relaxing near the evening bon-fire. It was wonderful experience, and would it recommend it to our friends and family.

| We rent this property year after year. Our kids have grown up with this as their summer vacation spot. They love to come still, as adults! The lake is amazing, the cottage is large and fully equipped. We love going to the General Store in Dorset every year.

| This cottage is the true old time cottage experience, just steps from the water's edge. Our children never want to leave the lake, even to go on an outing! It has become part of our summer for many years now and as the days grow colder we dream about next summer and all the great memories we will make at "our" cottage!
